General terms

These terms govern access to courses, workshops, and resources provided by MindaTopAI. They describe participant responsibilities, payment terms for paid programs, and the scope of services including hands-on labs and project case reviews. By enrolling or using our platform you accept these terms.

Eligibility and acceptable use

Participants must be authorized to use the services in their jurisdiction and comply with applicable laws. Enrollment in certain courses may require pre-requisite skills or employer approval when using company data in project work.

MindaTopAI services are intended for users aged 16 or older. Minors may participate only with parental or guardian consent and supervision for programs that permit younger learners.

Users must not use the platform or course materials for unlawful purposes, including the development of models or tools intended for harmful activities. Practical case studies provided in courses are for lawful, educational use only.

Access may be restricted in certain countries due to local regulations. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with export controls and local laws when accessing course materials or transferring datasets.

Accounts and registration

To access course features, users create an account. Account information should be accurate and kept up to date to participate in assignments, receive certifications, and access lab environments.

Provide accurate contact and payment information when registering. Inaccurate details can affect course access, credential issuance, and communication about practical exercises.

Protect account credentials. Use unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available. Account security is illustrated in our security workshop cases.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by MindaTopAI in writing. Transfers of course seats are managed through official support channels.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify support immediately. MindaTopAI will act to secure the account and may reset access credentials following verification.

MindaTopAI may suspend or restrict accounts that violate terms, present security risks, or for non-payment. Suspension decisions follow an internal review and notice to the affected user when feasible.

Service description

MindaTopAI delivers instructor-led workshops, self-paced modules, and practical labs focused on applied AI and digital tools. Course content includes real-world case studies, sample datasets, and scenario-driven assignments.

We may modify course content, schedules, or platform features to reflect new best practices or legal requirements. Participants in active courses will be notified of material changes that affect learning outcomes.

Courses and platform access are subject to scheduled maintenance and occasional outages. We publish known maintenance windows in advance when possible and provide alternate deadlines for assignments impacted by downtime.

Code of conduct and acceptable behavior

Participants agree to behave professionally and respectfully in classes, forums, and collaborative projects. Our approach emphasizes learning through shared real-world scenarios.

  • Respectful interaction with instructors and peers; no harassment or discriminatory language.
  • Do not upload or share unlawful or private third-party data without proper authorization.
  • Follow lab environment rules; do not attempt to breach isolated sandboxes or access other users' work.
  • Cite sources and respect intellectual property when using external datasets or code in assignments.
  • Use course materials for educational purposes; commercial reuse may require separate licensing.
  • Report security issues or policy violations to support promptly, including relevant case details.
  • Comply with any additional rules specific to a course or corporate training engagement.

User content and submissions

Users may submit project code, datasets, and deliverables as part of course activities. Submissions are used for grading, feedback, and, with consent, anonymized examples in future case studies.

Participants retain ownership of original works they create, subject to any employer agreements. Sharing proprietary company data in coursework requires appropriate authorization from the data owner.

By submitting content for evaluation, participants grant MindaTopAI a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, and use the material for training-related feedback, platform functionality, and anonymized educational case studies.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have rights to the content they submit and for removing or anonymizing sensitive information before submission. Course staff provide checklists and scenarios to guide safe submissions.

If a participant requests removal of submitted content from public educational examples, MindaTopAI will review the request and, where feasible, remove or anonymize the content, noting any operational constraints for archived assessment records.

Intellectual property

All platform software, course curricula, and proprietary training materials are owned or licensed by MindaTopAI. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited except as permitted under an explicit license.

  • Do not reproduce or redistribute MindaTopAI course videos, slides, or code without written permission.
  • Participant-created materials remain the property of the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Requests for teaching licenses or bulk content use should be directed to our partnerships team with details of the intended use.

Paid services and billing

Paid offerings include premium workshops, certification exams, and corporate training packages. Pricing and scope are provided at enrollment or via quotes for bespoke engagements.

Course prices are listed on MindaTopAI.club and in your enrollment confirmation. Pricing for bespoke corporate training is provided in written proposals and may include material costs for hands-on labs.

Payments are processed using third-party payment providers. Fees must be paid in full prior to course commencement unless alternative arrangements are documented in writing.

Subscription services, if offered, renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation procedures and renewal dates are provided in the subscription agreement and account settings.

Refunds are handled case-by-case and referenced in course-specific policies. Refund considerations take into account delivered materials, instructor time, and resources consumed in hands-on lab provisioning.

Participants may cancel enrollment within the timelines specified for each course. For corporate bookings, cancellation terms are set out in the service agreement, including potential fees tied to resource allocation.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies associated with course purchases in their jurisdiction.

MindaTopAI may update pricing for new enrollments. Existing confirmed bookings are honored at the agreed price unless otherwise stated in a written amendment.

Non-payment may result in loss of access to paid materials, withheld certifications, and collection actions where necessary to recover outstanding fees.

Disclaimer

Course content, case studies, and tools are provided for educational purposes only. MindaTopAI does not warrant that training outcomes will meet specific business metrics; outcomes depend on participant effort, context, and subsequent application of learned techniques.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MindaTopAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or course materials. Liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the relevant course or service.

Third-party tools and integrations

Training may involve third-party software, cloud services, and datasets. Use of such services is subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policies. Practical exercises include guidance on configuring and removing third-party integrations.

Termination

MindaTopAI may terminate access for violations of these terms, unlawful activity, or material breaches. Affected users will be notified and provided with any relevant information about data retrieval where feasible.

Termination may result in loss of access to course materials, certifications in progress, and platform features. Data retention will follow privacy policies and legal requirements.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described separately in the Privacy Policy. That document explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in the context of courses and workshops.

Communications and notices

We communicate important course-related information by email and platform notifications. Participants are responsible for keeping contact details current. Official notices may also be posted on MindaTopAI.club.

Changes to these terms

MindaTopAI may revise these terms. Significant changes that affect participant rights will be announced via email and posted on the site with an updated effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia. Disputes will be handled through negotiation and, where necessary, by courts with appropriate jurisdiction.

Dispute resolution

We encourage users to contact support to resolve disputes. If unresolved, matters may proceed to mediation or litigation as permitted under Malaysian law, focusing on practical remedies rather than predictive damages.
